Gathering of Friends

Gathering of Friends is a marquee annual donor appreciation event hosted by Indiana University School of Medicine. Each year takes place at a different venue with a distinct theme, requiring a flexible creative system that can evolve while maintaining a consistent sense of prestige and cohesion across audiences.

Approach →
I designed and managed the full event collateral system, including save-the-dates, invitations, email campaigns, programs, presentations, and signage. I visited the venue in advance to photograph the space and study its unique architectural details, using those elements as inspiration to form the visual direction and overall design system.

Outcome →
The adaptable design system helped unify the guest experience across changing themes and locations, strengthening narrative consistency and elevating the overall perception of the event each year.
