Strawberry Shortcake Luncheon
This event is typically hosted each year to honor outstanding physicians as part of Medical Alumni Weekend. However, this event went virtual for the first time in 73 years in 2020. Participants across the nation baked strawberry shortcakes in their home while sharing the creations across social media to honor all healthcare professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. I created all of the marketing and social media materials for this event, including a motion graphic explainer video and infographic.
